John Deere Model B Pocket Watch. Sold by the Franklin Mint in 2001 and now discontinued. The Model B tractor was the most popular tractor from 1935 to 1985. Given to me as a Christmas gift. John Deere was a blacksmith and built a business in farming equipment in 1837. At the age of 21 his son took over the co ib 1859 and began the trademark of the leaping deer in 1876. In 1918 they bought the Waterloo engine co and the Model D was launched in 1923. They now manufacture farm and construction equipment of all kinds and are known world wide. Thanks for looking and have a nice day.
