To be honest i'm not entirely sure what this item is!
I think it is a womens belt dating back to the Victorian era - it's very pretty and has a very old fashioned clasp. It has no labels on.
I would love to find out some information about it and maybe how much it might be worth so if anyone can tell me anything about it that would be great.
