Got this from some pickers ,they gave it to us with a bunch of other stuff,it sat around the shop for a long time so my dad decided to clean it up,so he might paint it ,put a decal on it and move it on.By the time he got it clean you cound see the little steel tag on the bottom.This was used to refill the RR lanterns with kerosene,Made by Handlan. This RR owned the Nickel Plate Railroad that ran in this area.
