I inherited a few of these. They were in my Grandfather's desk. The only information that I have seen about them are that they were discontinued by 1958? I would like to find out more if anyone has info. The back is blank.

If the back is totally blank the card would fall between 1901 - 1907. After 1907 card backs were divided. This appears to be a government printed card. Before 1901 the card would have had “Private Mailing Card." Above the words Post Card.

I have links on my other computer where you can research post cards and learn about them. If you are interested I will post links here tomorrow.
