This message is for Sharyl19 regarding her neon Bud sign. I have the same sign and have been trying to learn more about without success. My sign has a slightly smaller serial number and it still works just fine. If you happen to find out anything about yours please let me know. You may email me if that is easier. JJosephh@comcast.net. Thanks.
I also have this sign , has anyone found any info on it?? i can't seem to find anything about it ?!
hi again i recently recived this feedback on my light perhaps it can be of some help to the both of you
Generally, these signs are from the late 30's right around the end of Prohibition. The tag however may date it to as late as Nov. 43. The A and Eagle shield has the stars and stripes - later signs just have lines through the shield. Price is subject to what someone wants to pay for it. They are not as rare as you think because A-B made a lot of them - how many survived is a different story. Good luck - I hope you decide to keep it - it's a great piece of A-B history
