This is a fun story and an answer on the question how I get some jewelry.
After the death of my mother, already several years ago, I had to clean up her personal belongings. The good clothes would be given away and not portable discarded. At the last minute I saw one of her old dresses that was almost things were to be disposed of this little brooch was still there. So I saved it very quick of course!
First belonging to my grandmother, than my mother's and now in my possession. It is a small rose gold Victorian brooch in the arrow little seed pearls, as also around the middle sapphire (at least I think this is a sapphire). In any case a very sweet little jewel which I love special after this story. Perhaps you can help to answer the question whether this is a little sapphire or not?
