My name is Joel Cohen. 201 807 1098 I recently researched this silk screen copy of a bottle involved in a law suit 1897 for infringements. Case was won in favor of owner. I have original copy of art. Not mentioned in below write up artist painted his reflection of himself in bottle sitting at easel painting. Charles B. Webster was founder of Macys in NYC.
11 1/2 x 15 1/2 picture of a bottle of Bass & Co.'s Pale Ale, along with a removed cork, a full glass of the frothy amber ale, six matches (one used), and a smouldering cigar. The picture is in good condition .
The label around the top of the bottle reads "White Label, Thomas McMCullen, Registered Number 13955."
