A vintage 1960's Silva Pocket Compass. This model was called the Starter(Type 7NL). Silva was a LaPorte, IN based company and this compass was made in Sweden. It measures 3" X 2". It has a clear plastic housing and white dial with black print gradients. The base is a clear plastic with red print gradients .It is a liquid filled compass with a red & white pointer. This compass also has the instructions booklet. Used by hunters, campers, hikers, and the Boy & Girl Scouts.
