Bought at an antique store today. Devotional book dated April 9, 1929. Would this be something a soldier carried? Rosary says it was made in Italy, medallions on case say France. In faded letters on front of carry case say "My Safeguard"

Hi, jlennongrrl! Just saw this this evening. Yes, I suppose it could. However, I think that perhaps this Rosary might have belonged to a Priest or Nun, as the beads look rather large. Don't really know. Beautiful cross! Very fine ensemble!
