I guess this is a tea cup? It is 4 inches tall and 3.5 inches in diameter. It looks like Chinese writing on the bottom.

    Hello, Chinese is correct, the mark is for the Qing Dynasty and reads top down and right ro left: 'Great Qing Qianlong Period Make'. The Qianlong reign was 1736 - 1795. The form of some of the characters is a little off. This is a very popular mark for later pieces, this one is likely late 20th century. Regards, Jim
