I have been able to track down exactly no information about this. The washington state history museum in the skagit county museum have no idea and have never seen it. I now have the state archives looking to try to track something down. I'm going to many many antique stores as well with everyone having the same answer. Any information anybody has would be greatly appreciated. There's possibly could be 1 of the earliest gun licenses in America

I have the same thing except the number is 530. I don't know anything about it either.
