This is a 10" Slide Rule made by Eugene Dietzgen Co. in the USA circa late 1940's-1950's. This is Model No. 1734 (LL01) "MicroSlide" and was made starting in 1947. It came in a brown leather protective case. This was one of the most famous of the Dietzgen sliderules and was used for mathematical calculations in the drawing and drafting fields. The serial number on this is #065513. Also have a never-used extra indicator slide glass in its original box (Item# 1780-34) made by Dietzgen.
