This is a 6" Paragon brand ruler made by the Keuffel & Esser Co. in the USA. This is model # 1390P. The product number was first shown in the 1921 Keuffel & Esser catalog as #1390. The "P" at the end references is was made by Paragon. This was available all the way into the 1950's.
