This is the best Kralik flower Vase I own (IMHO) . It stands 6 " tall and over 7 '' wide at the flower . Brilliant irridescence ...not only on the flower and leaves but the body as well which shows purple on the high points .
The flower is definately a Tulip not like most of the others which are non descript daisy types.

Thanks Inky , it is . I bought it at a market in Sydney on the weekend .
Wow... I'm in awe!
Wow ! Leah! I'm in awe that you are in awe ! You have so many great piece on here and ebay .
Marty showed me this on Sunday. It is a real stunner! And it's a big boy too!
Ok... now I'm blushing as red as the tulip. Thank you, Oz. I agree with Scott, this piece is truly a real stunning piece to envy and a first for me to see in this applied decor. :)
Hi Leah , I have trawled the net and not found another example of this .
Definately many Martele decors out there..... but not with a TULIP that's for sure. Can't help not to think of the song by Tiny Tim- Tiptoe Through The Tulips! haha

Simply awesome. Worth waiting for.
Beautiful glass!
Scott
Thanks all for the love .
Beautiful piece, daring that the tulip pulls itself away so, just incredible.
The iridescence is wonderful, the liquid quality of the leaves and the texture which sets it all off.
I also like the photos, the wrinkles of the sheet create a perfect back drop.
Excellent work Marty!
Hi Budek, I had not noticed that the wrinkles in the sheet look a little like the Martele on the vase ...well spotted.
Lovely and very unusual to find a tulip flower. This is the first one I have seen of these. Very nice.
Beatuful!! I Love tulips.
