In 1968 Ingersoll (US Time/Timex) introduced the "Mod" Mickey watches. The 1968 is a little different than the 1969-1971 versions. There were two models made, one with Ingersoll and WDP on the dial and one with WDP only. The one in the box with black band has both, the red band, has the WDP only. The following years had neither. Thanks for looking Hope you enjoy this piece.
