    My grandmother brought this back from a friend's estate sale in Florida. I would like to know more about the age and origin of this piece, but I am not a glassware expert and don't even know the terminology well enough to do a proper search. Any information about the maker, age, value, usage, or even a name for a pattern or style would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

      This is a four-footed candy dish in the Floragold pattern. Sometimes this pattern is also called "Louisa". It was manufactured by Jeannette Glass Company in the 1950s. I have it listed in value at $12 and at $10 so...not a gold mine but a very beautiful piece and certainly very useful for a lot of different things.
