I've added a picture of the works. I DID get the serial number correct and the watch is in perfect working order.

Love the watch, my question would be, Is it a gold or gold filled case. Again very nice watch and thanks for sharing.
I Wish I knew. I was told it was a "gold" pocket watch.
On the inside of the back plate, there should be markings, if solid, there will be a hallmark and the karat count. It it says anything about #'ed year warranty, Example, 5,10 or 20 year , it would be gold filled. If you can get a clear photo of the inside back cover , it should lead you to your answer. If solid the value would be 19 fold.
