This is a hand-painted hanging china wall plate 9 3/4" in diameter. There is no glaze over the paint as I can feel and see the actual brush strokes. The only mark on back is in Portuguese but reads Gap Hand-painted. There is an aluminum hanger glued onto the back. This is from Brazil from between 1987 and 1991 but unsure of the actual date it was made.
