Hi Mac, in the WVMOAG Monograpgh No. 59 (Czech Glass featuring Kralik Catalog) the shape of your vase can be found on the same page as the Meteor shape. The answer to your (meteor shape) question- it is not a Meteor shape. The name from the catalog is- Vase, Farbig Gesponnen which translates from German to English, Colored Woven. Also, the shape of your vase is also found in CZECH glass and is referred to as a Rocket shape.
