This is what is left of a chair that my father had in his insurance office in the late fifties/early sixties. I remember it was covered in a dark leather attached with large head brass tacks. I want to have it restored but have been unable to find a picture of what it looked like when new. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don,
I ran across your post while researching a BL Marble chair I have. A chair similar ( I think) comes up in a bing search for "B L Marble chair" but there was no information. I did get some help at allexperts.com through Robert Klein

I simply chose him as my expert, and asked my questions as well as sent pictures. I had a response in about 6 hours. I hope this helps you!
