This is a Wallance Sterling Normadie serving tray, I bought this in a Estate Sale, I was wondering if I should clean it and if so would it take any value. This tray has on the back engrave, Isidore Ssconwald From Oakland Lodge B'Nal Brith for Merit Sept 21, 1937. Can some one explain what this award was meant for. Thanks
