I have noticed the blue and lavender pieces fluctuate in light or when they are displayed next to another color. There is a collector of tango who believes both colors were made with exactly the same color formula but changed due to temperature or exposure to heat- (this explains why there are 500 shades of orange) at any rate both blue and lavender are rarer colors in tango.
come to think of it all colors fluctuate. Ivory looks wildly different from piece to piece, greens are the most varied and yellow goes from gold to orange sometimes in the same piece. this reminds me of a collector who only collected RED. Why would anybody drive themselves crazy like that? anyway sorry for my caffeine ramblings- just display tango next to Kralik Iris decor and it looks better every time
