This is an Emenee Trace-O-Graph from the mid 1960's. This edition has the Batman logo sticker at the top. There is a regular 40w light bulb underneath the opaque white plastic screen so you could put one of the provided drawings on it and trace the design. The top part opens up to a little drawer for the colored pencils and eraser storage. These came with an assortment of drawings of the different characters to trace. Mine still has the pencils and eraser but I no longer have the drawing sheets. The only other one I have seen is a Dr. Dolittle edition which was grey plastic.
