hi all brassnuts back ,what do ya think of me binoculars. there very small im trying to get some sort of a date on them as a talking point,there only 3inchs high by 4inches wide ,and the work perfectly,but ye would not see far.with them,

    I think that if these are a military item they would be for mounted troops. Are there any markings on them?

    I see some similarities with the one I posted. Mine belonged to my grandmother. She used them in the theatre but I don't think they were meant for that. I don't remember my grandmother buying much and therefore I believe she had them for a long time - they could be dating back to the early 1900's. I don't see any markings on mine either.
