this is a Nicca, a Japanese Leica knock off that was made in the 50's there were less than 1000 of the type 4 made, and way less have survived. It has the super fast, Nikkor 5cm 1.4 lens.

It’s a great fast lens, unusual to see a f1.4 lens on a rangefinder camera
