    I bought this at a garage sale and i am pretty sure it is fenton, but have never seen this one. It looks like a lamp shade, but has a bottom. Does anyone out there know what this piece is?

      does look to be a Fenton hobnail cranberry opalescent vase. Fenton made vases in varied shapes like your as well as similarly shaped globe lamps. One good place for Fenton info is at fentonfan.com
