This is an annual report from an earlier incarnation of Marvel that went bankrupt and screwed all its stockholders, including yours truly. But I kept some of the annual and quarterly reprots they sent shareholders. Today these documents sell for less than 10 bucks on the Bay, which I guess is better than nuthin. I hear their latest move broke a billion in its first weekend.
