I just unearthed this awesome set last night and love the design and concept of it. I was able to get it cleaned up a bit today, so here are some pictures. I have been waiting to find the right small liquor set to keep and fortunately I have.
Is this set an ice bucket/decanter holder? That is my assumption but I am not certain. I was also wondering if it would be safe to fill with ice or would I risk cracking the piece. It's not very thick.
I was wondering if anyone has any clue who might have made it. The only mark is "Czechoslovakia" on the rim. Thanks.

Thanks for the love Bellin68.
Kralik Draped. I have inkwells, open salt, jars and even an owl which is a decanter!
Thanks for the ID Alfredo. Love you owl decanter!
Thanks for the loves everyone.
The owl piece is a absinthe decanter. The wire cage inside holds the bottle and crushed ice is placed around the bottle. There should be a series of hooks that hold very small cups on the metal collar. I have had the decanter with cups in a peach color, amber and green
All were in a draped pattern and all had czechoslovakia stamped in the metal collar.
One had a registration/patent number in the mold behind the owls neck
Well, this solves the mystery, mine has the head and the hooks, but lacks the wire frame and the bottle. But I'll be looking for one. Since mine is amber, I used American shot mugs and they blend quite well.
how tall is the decanter? I am going to shop around for one for my owl. A pity yours does not have the head!
Sorry for the delayed response.
The bottle is 7" tall (w/ stopper).
Yes, would certainly be nice if it had the head.
