This is a tiny broze, marked "Made in Austria" ,with an "R", in a box.
Measures 4" in height, very delicate,yet a nicely done piece!
This I've had for some time, just decided it was time to show it off!!
Any help on identifying the maker would be great. Thank-you!

This is made by Richard Rohac of Austria, circa 1950-60. He worked for Hagenauer for a short period, before he opened up his firm circa 1948. Many collectors seem to think these were made by Rena Rosenthal, but they are wrong. I have over 50 African style Richard Rohac figures, heads and busts in my collection. Some models are common , others are scarce, this one is common.

I have a large book 13 1/4 inches tall by 9 1/2 tall. It is called " ART DECO OBJETS DE VERTU " MARIO POIANI is the author and pub by Booking International and is the finest art deco book I have ever seen on Hagenauer . Pretty much the whole book is of these small pieces. I remember these pieces used to be quite expensive back in the 1980's and never seen too many of them, of course I was not particularly looking either at those prices.
This is a second printing for 1991. Hardcover, fine printing of large photos. Text in English and French. The original was a different publisher in 1968 first printing.
I believe the first printing book of 1968 may have come out of Italy
Quittenbaum in Germany is an auction from Germany I have bought before from. They have had whole auctions of the smaller pieces. The better pieces like you will find in the book would normally be sold by a finer dealer and nowhere near the 150 dollars you were quoted. The finest pieces can easily reach over 10,000 by auction.
