Not even cleaned up yet. Light blue porcelain ashtray. Quite small at 3 1/4" X 3". No markings on it but I was told by the guy I got it from that it was "pocketed" off a bar room table. He thought around the late 1940's.
I am older than dirt and he was senior to me so the memory lapse I can understand. Can anyone put a date or other information on it?

Hi, fhrjr2! Other than that this is a beautiful piece of American Deco, I have no intelligent opinion on it. Exciting piece. Regards, miKKo
Thanks to all for the loves. I poke around looking for this ash tray now and then online but no luck yet. I gave up collecting them but couldn't resist this one.
I also found your ashtray in pink on eBay. Unfortunately, the Seller said that the markings on the back had worn off.

Thanks mikko, that is the same one, just different color. I'm not sure why I ever started collecting ash trays but I have some odd ones. A bowling pin, one from a small town police department, big ones, small ones and my favorite is a hollowed out rock
I appreciate the link.
