found these out tonight at goodwill for a $1.99 each and love this , these are used when having guest over for dinner parties and basic these do tell you where your going to be sitting at the dinner table. these are signed waterford on the bottom , signed "WS" 2003", ON TOP .

hello eye4beauty it is waterford yes ,its just a another line they have produced, its based on more for the middle class who cant afford the high end crystal of waterford. i have a lot of marquis by waterford, and it is a total different design. i have lots of it posted on here:)
