This is an old 1880's era Bramble type golf ball. Bramble balls had raised dimples instead of the recessed type found today. There is no brand name on this one although most were made by the Dunlop Rubber Co.
This particular ball has three parellel lines going around the diameter of the ball in three different directions. It also has a rather deep slice mark which took out a chunk of the rubber (shown in lower right side of photo)
