Hi, this looks like a spoon in Towle's Old Colonial pattern. What are the dimensions, please? Any hallmarks? Without hallmarks, I cannot tell whether it's sterling or modern stainless, but I suspect that it's sterling, and think that it may be a citrus spoon. Please confirm whether the spoon is silver, or is gilded. Beautiful pattern! If I were an heiress purchasing a wardrobe of sterling flatware, Towle's Old Colonial pattern would be one I would consider. I love it, and it coordinates well with American colonial furniture, ceramics, and holloware. Beautiful with Chippendale furniture. So glad you have this! Regards, miKKo

Hi, didn't read the title of your Show and Tell - was excited by the image and went straight to the image. Yes, it's sterling then. Very beautiful!
