This is a Subscription Warrant to Stock for Durant Motors, Inc. a Delaware Corporation. It is printed by the E.A. Wright Bank Note Co., of Philadelelphia and the warrant expire date is April 10, 1931. One share. It is certified in my grandmother's name but I have spotted that out. Durant Motors, Inc. was established in 1921 by former General Motors CEO William Durant. The final models produced under the Durant brand rolled off the assembly line in 1931. I have included a picture of a 1931 Durant DeVaux Coupe for reference. (No, its not mine, DARN IT)
