I do not know much about this sort of item, but from what I've researched, WM Rogers seems to be a fairly well known name for those that collect items like this. I'm not sure, but there may have been a serving tray that went with this originally. Does anyone know the years they were produced? I think it may depend on the marking next to the maker, which I posted an up close photo of.
