This is a Capital Stock Certificate for the Electric Underground Trolley Railway Company incorporated in Massachusetts. It is printed by the The Broun-Green Co., NY and Oct. 3, 1908 for five shares of stock at $5 each. It is certified in my grandfather's name although he was only 22 months old at the time. I have spotted his name out of the document. I cannot find any reference to this actual company except for a patent applied in 1896 to someone from the company. The certificate does have a company embossed seal below the eagle over the Shares $5 Each.
