Interesting for its elegant design and top-class build-quality, this Standard Model "N&G Folding Reflex Camera" was produced from 1921 onwards; a "Special" model was introduced in 1925, and both models were still available in 1957; during this time, only 700 were made. N&G were never cheap; by1924, these cameras were priced at £45 to £50, depending on lens specification; this equates to £1,990 to £2,210 at 2011 Retail Price Index rates. This Standard model has a Ross Xpress, f4.5/136mm lens.
