Rindskopf is known for producing one shape in many decors and sizes. I like to collect the tallest and the smallest.

Pic.1: 6": a very rare example of Rindskopf Papillon, which for years I thought Loetz. Brick red glass cased in clear with applied gold spots.

Pic. 2: An example of same shape, different sizes. I call this decor "Striated"

Pic. 3: An entirely new decor, for which I do not have a name yet. A gift from a close friend, 6" tall. Clear glass rolled in white frit with green trailings. Notice the striking similarity to Kralik's "Silveria".

Pic. 4. A 13" vase, same shape, brick red glass covered in clear with applied blue/gray vertical feathering.

By the way: thank you, Leah!

I had a 10" that broke during the June 2008 disaster, where I lost 48 pieces due to a 1% neighbor attacking his bathroom wall with a jackhammer . . . It has taken seven years to reach a settlement, and after the lawyer, I got a bit more than half of it . . . . I kept the shards and a friend made three table tops for me.
