i found this while watching clouds as i was taking my dog for a walk, i am an antique collector but this was completely by accident. I pulled it out of a tree it was wedged between two branches just arms reach up. im curious to see if it still works , what kind of winder does it take? hmm?

I've found that most of these toy winders are universal. I have several of them, and they work on my modern robots, antique Schuco clockwork monkey, etc. I wonder how long your car had been in the tree? It doesn't look very weathered at all. What a lucky find!

    tjdopey,
You must be hanging out with BELLIN68! He can also find things "just going out for a walk":) I guess I need to change who I am hanging out with.
    Great find, thanks for posting.
