Bought this decanter at a little antique/ junk shop on the Virginia, North Carolina border about 5 years ago. I think i paid $8 for it. I know nothing of it's origin. I couldn't get his face with the right background to be able to see detail. Maybe someone here at CW has seen one like it. I'm pretty sure he's not old. I just thought he was cool. Whimsey!! Jimbo
