Here are some more photographs of metal detector finds over the years. The first pic is of some keys and locks that were dug up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan at abandoned copper mines. The second photograph is some items dug at a ghost town in Montana. The small round items are gold essay crucibles found under the rotting floor of a crumbling old building there.
Nothing of any value, just memories of trips past.

Ax heads are a common find, for some reason. I have found quite a few, single blade, double blade, broken, whole, not sure why. Hammer heads are another thing I find a lot of.
I am sorry about the quality of the photographs. I have these items packed away, but I photographed them before I packed them away. What you are seeing is a photograph of a photograph.

Nice stuff. I'm partiularly drawn to the locks and keys. I recognize some of the items. Some of the keys are furnature keys, some are door keys and the shorter ones are likely padlock keys. Imagine that! The way you have them laid out reminds me of some shadow box arrangements I've seen.
