I found the above item at an auction and the only thing I've figured out is that it is some kind of alarm clock . . . it ticks very loudly. Based on the Brevete S.G.D.G., possibly French? It weighs approx. 3 lbs or so, the knob sticking out of the side turns the brass disc located behind the numbers, glass is in tact. I have searched the web to no avail. Any info would be appreciated.
