Im trying to find out some info on this old weathervane i picked up. apparently came off some old haunted hotel that was built in the early 1800'S at some point this hotel was extensively remodeld and the contractor that did the construction ended up with this neat piece . I would really appreciate if anyone could help me to determine the maker, originality , authenticity and of course value . if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Im not looking to sell it i just want to know more about it and if i should restore it or just leavfe it how it is ..... ? Personally i like it just how it is .
