I have had this clock for a long time. It is in very nice condition and works very well. I have looked over the years for another clock like this so I could ask of its history and maybe find out how old it is. It has been close to fifty years and I still haven't seen another and haven't found out any more about it. I got the thing from my grandmothers hotel in southwest Wyoming. She owned a small hotel with a cafe next to it. The clock hung in her very small kitchen in the hotel. I always figured that the Coke guy must have given it to her as a promotional item for the cafe. For the longest time I was under the impression that it ran slow. But it seemed that as I got older it didn't bother me as much because I always had a few extra minutes when ever I glanced at it. That makes me laugh a little.
There is an odd thing that I have noticed about this clock and that is so often I will notice that it is going backwards. At first I thought it might be a sign from a deceased relative or an unfavorable spirit. Then I rationalized it was due to a periodic power outage and when the power came back on it started in reverse. Or so I would like to believe. Any info could be forwarded . Thanks
