Ebay bargain, looks like a Landeron 48 calibre, no marks on dial or movement, no hallmarks anywhere on case. Seller said it was solid gold and I took it to gold buyers who said yes, 18K rose gold! Works but the reset on the chrono won't work, spring missing so easy fix. Not bad for about $120 U.S.!

Thanks, Kerry!
Looks very much like a Lanco I have...
Thanks, Ringo! Mended the spring myself, made one out of a straightened-out coil of a tiny spring, works perfectly. I was quoted $60 with tax for a new one! I told the seller as he said it worked perfectly, and got a $40 refund! I almost feel guilty, but not quite!
