Does anyone recognize who made this pot? it is large [see pencil], and definitely has quite a bit of age to it. i had to sit it in acid for a long time to remove all the calcium from it [still more to go too]. i have a number of interesting flower pots and i don't know who made any of them. This one has a very intense, bright, matte blue glaze to it.

That blue-green glaze is distinctive. Perhaps Bauer Pottery?
maybe, but it looks different - older - than my other bauer pieces.
i'm pretty certain that this piece is a Bauer Ringware Jardinere.
Thanks art.pottery!!
the color is called 'jade green' i believe.
