Very unusual this one. The crystal has little bumps in the centre circle, as can be seen in the enlarged pic, and the seconds hand is a reflective disc covered with little bubbles. As the seconds disc spins, the centre sparkles and shimmers, very effective, even in normal light, but best in bright light. The blued hour and minute hands are given a "mystery" appearance because of the disc, adding to the interesting movement. Not sure if this is a man's, but it is 35mm. across so it's the right size, and it's circa 1950's.
