I think it may have been an after-market accessory and as such, there was no one car model that they came out of. I've seen references to these clocks being in Ford Model T's, Nash and Moon Roadsters. You can try looking up the patent dates to see if there is more information.

I wouldn't know one way it the other Dave. I don't collect car clocks or antique cars. That's just what I turned up searching on this particular clock. Patent dates can help with research. Please share any more information that you come across. Perhaps another collector here may have insight to definitively answer your question.
