Good Day everyone!
I found this a couple of days ago. The shape and color were very exciting to me. I believe it dates from the 1970's or so. It's a heavy pottery or ceramic cube with a painted maple,( or other hardwood ), base. I haven't taken it apart, so I don't know if it's marked. I was hoping it might ring a bell with someone here.
It's very simple, approximately 7+1/4 inches square, with a 2+ inch high base.
More beautiful and impactful than the photos reveal.
Thanks for taking a look.
Tony.

Thank You Scandi! I'm happy to hear that you like the color as I do. It's a dessert to the eye.
I hope all's well and that you're having a wonderful day,

Hello Friend, Thanks for the love!
Awesome lamp! Do you have a great shade to go with it?
Thanks Stef,
It came with a shade that didn't fit it well, black with a narrow top diameter, wide bottom. I liked the simplicity of it and will look for another simple shade. maybe a straight black drum, or a square,....will have to try a few to see how they look.
I have a wealth of lamps,( love them ), most of them are in the attic, though:)
have a great week-end, Stef.
