The American Women's Cookbook edited and revised by Ruth Berolzheimer - Director, Culinary Arts Institute. Copyrights from 1938-1943 and published by Consolidated Book Publishers, Inc. Chicago in 1943. This is a hardbound book with thumbcut index pages, color and black and white illustrations, and is 816 pages. Has some aging wear but is in overall very nice condition.
